A new Staple of the Brooklyn Pizza scene. It's definitely a spot to stop by and try. The crust is crunchy and a flavor with texture of it coming out of a brick oven, but it isn't. Had the rice balls a well, perfectly fried with the outside crisy and the inside gooey with fantastic fresh flavors. The inside is modern classic Italian pizzeria that clean and comfortable.Service was excellent friendly as if your family. Also, small business that is locally owned.

I had the pleasure of visiting Girolamo's Pizza recently after catching a great review on Barstool Sports, and I can say it more than lived up to the hype! This spot has all the charm you'd expect from a neighborhood pizzeria, plus a warm and friendly staff that made the experience even better. The people at the counter were welcoming and had that authentic local vibe that makes you feel right at home.
As for the pizza? Absolutely delicious! The crust was just the right balance of crispy and chewy, with toppings that were fresh and full of flavor. Every bite had that perfect blend that makes a great pizza memorable. If you’re looking for quality pizza served up in a friendly atmosphere, Girolamo’s is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Great spot in bensonhurst and deserves more love and attention. Hard to spot but definitely give this place a shot. Regular slice is great, crispy. Favorite was the spicy Vodka slice. Owner is very welcoming to guests and can tell he is passionate about his pizza.
Pizza is still great since the pizzaiolo hasn't been replaced. I wish this store could open till 8:30 or 9pm like what it used to be. And I do wonder what happened to the previous owner/management. Does anybody know?

I was searching for a pizza shop with high reviews. At the time it was a 4.8, I hope it goes to 5.0. Amazing food, and the owner is a nice guy. I ordered the regular slice, and the grandma. You should visit this place soon before Dave Portney comes and gives it a high review, then there will be a line around the corner. Will definitely come back to try the spicy vodka, and the home made mozzarella sticks sound good…. Rice ball anyone? That’s what it is about good pizza places, you want to try eating everything on the menu. Keep in mind this is a niche pizzeria with an owner operator that takes pride in his products purchased and put into the food, so the menu is right sized enough to meet that quality. See you next time!
