This place has huge variety of European items. So many delicious prepared foods, salads, vegetables, smoked fish, meats, cheeses, so many different types of prepared foods to enjoy at beach nearby. They have large variety of European candies, ice creams, sodas and beers. I'm excited to come back and try something else. Unfortunately I also had terrible experience with the 2 women behind counter of prepared foods. They are extremely rude and dismissive considering they are working in a customer service environment. I purchased numerous items and felt wrong and was treated with extremely poor, rude service. The cashiers near register were nice and helpful and happily served the cakes I chose. Perhaps the owner can take this into mind, the older ladies behind prepared food counter are ruining business for you. Get with the newer times and BE NICE !

If you want to eat expired food, this is here... from the street they will sell high-quality expired food for at least six months... I wonder if they sell expired food without any shame, then what kind of products are used for cooking??? I took buns - they’re just not tasty crackers, I took ready-made cutlets - well, let’s just say that when my cat goes into the litter box it smells better

My husband just brought food shopping from this store and every single item was expired. ( cheese, sausages, mushrooms ( 2021) , canned meat, prosciutto..) You can see pictures attached. And today date is July 21 2024. If every single item from one shopping expired , I can assume that don’t have any fresh food. And they sell prepared meals. I would not take a risk to even try it. So, be aware of this store and check expiration dates before buying.

Me and my brother went there recently and oh boy what an unpleasant experience. 4 (!) people behind the counter my brother orders some hot food while I order salads, then all of the sudden woman behind the counter realized we were together and then she refused to serve me saying that since we are together - one person should be taking care of us, and not two. I explained to her that he is ordering some hot food, why not give me some salads so all of us can be done in no time (mind you we were the only costumers! so none of them were actually busy!) All 4 of them behind the counter started screaming at us saying "one salesperson is taking care of one basket, you have one basket so only one of us is gonna help you not an entire store" I'm like I don't need an entire store to help me, like what's going on, why raise a voice? Anyway long story short, we were gonna spend some money there, but then decided to just leave. Managers there should really talk to their employees and explain them that "sovok" mentality needs to be gone. With no respect to their costumers they're never gonna be busy as other stores around. Awful expirience.

We really love this store. Nice and pleasant saleswomen always ask for help in choosing products. Friendly owner. The quality of the products is always good here. Delicious bread. Excellent inexpensive baked goods!!!. A large assortment of all sorts of goodies. . Children always ask to go there. Plus this store has delivery. My family is very happy. Thank you. I recommend.

If you want to eat something tasty and at home, then only Gold label. We do grocery shopping once a week because we live far away. And every time it’s delicious, high-quality, clean, and most importantly, with soul and homemade food. The guys saved us during the pandemic, special thanks to them for that! This is the best store in Brighton!!!
