DISGRACEFUL PEOPLE. DONT ORDER DELIVERY FEOM ANY GOLDEN KRUST BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS FIND A WAY TO BE CHEAP. IF MY SCHEDULE WASNT TIGHT TODAY WOULDVE WENT RIGHT THERE AND SET THINGS RIGHT !!! I PAID FOR EXTRA DUMPLINGS AND RECEIVED NONE. THE SOUP IS NOT HOT AT ALL AND IM NOT BLAMING THE COURIER BECAUSE THE RESTAURANT IS 5 MINUTES AWAY. I HAD TO REHEAT IT. CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING EXTRA AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE BEING UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY, GIVING POOR QUALITY FOOD. DO BETTER. 2 LITTLE PIECES OF CHICKEN SMH. WHATS CRAZY IS I ALWAYS TIP THEM WHEN I GO THERE.

Stopped by Golden Crust and got two spicy beef patties; absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of spice. I’ll definitely be back.

This was my first and definitely my last visit. The woman serving food had an attitude like she was representing the entire country of Jamaica. You’re just serving food that someone else cooked—no need for the ego. Honestly, I blame Google Maps for even directing me here. I can’t understand why a business owner would let someone like that be the face of their customer service—unless she’s his wife. I’m not Jamaican, so I didn’t know the names of all the dishes and had to point at what I wanted. That’s exactly when good customer service should step in, not attitude.

Had the curry goat yesterday which was Wednesday and it was great !!! Tender everything nice !! Went back today Thursday had the same thing curry goat didn’t have that flavor and meat was hard !!

Customer service is severely lacking and they can move so slow here. Besides that, the beef patties and porridge is good!

I always come here for the SaltFish and Festival, but this morning, I wasted my money, and the customer service lacks customer service. This is not the islands. I sent out someone to go pick up my food, and I got Orka in my saltfish, and I don't eat orka and I felt like the plate was halfway full, and the plate was mainly Orka. I work in the food business as well, and I do management, so I tried to take out the Orka and not complain but today I had a long day ahead of me and i wanted some good breakfast to full me up and it was pointless because it it was 80% Orka, 10% fish, 10% empty and i couldn't enjoy it. This is not my first time here, and I always and only buy saltfish from the store, nothing else. The lightskin lady usually serves me, and she's usually nice, but today, a darker shade lady served me. I was disappointed. I went back out in the freezing cold to see if they can exchange it with another chicken soup because I don't eat Orka and the plate wasn't presentable at all and when I got there and explained to lightskin lady like you know I always come and we never have an issue I don't want to be refunded because I support all my blacks and Caribbean store's , I just don't like to played about MY food. I didn't touch nothing in the bag so they can see what i was served and why im upset about it The lightskin lady didn't care enough that she just ignored me and started to talk to someone else instead of trying to fix the issue to make sure all parties is happy she just rolled her eyes saying I can't take it back ( all she had to do was give me a chicken soup that cost less than what I payed for the food and she could of threw the food out or handed it to a homeless ) she never offered My cash back , she didn't care enough to hear me , she didn't solve the issue , she flat-out ignored me in my face and talked to someone else with an attitude and her enegry and face wasn't as pleasing as the food. I thought it was unprofessional and tasteless. Especially since i'm regular, this will be my last time spending any dollar in this franchise. You can keep the change. I was so disgusted that I handed my food to a homeless person. Waste of money, energy, & time. I'm officially done with this location.

Do not buy from these people .They are no good .Their dumplings is horrible they taste very nasty and not mention the very awful customer service.The very dark man that serves the food he treats customers poorly he has no manners and he rips you off also give you less meat and more of those nasty horrible tasting disgusting dumplings .They taste so bad I almost throw up.The cashier herself is nasty af too her behavior is like that worst than a dog .she and that very dark man treats customers awful.They are two very mean savages.sadly to say but your location needs closing

As usual the beef patties was good, but I sensed a hint of rudeness in the cashiers tone. Maybe she had a bad day.
