I tried Gong Cha’s milk tea and it definitely lived up to the hype! The tea is rich and freshly brewed, perfectly balanced with just the right level of sweetness. The pearls are chewy and soft—cooked to perfection. What I really love is that they let you customize the sugar and ice level, so you get exactly what you want. Definitely one of the best milk tea spots if you’re craving something refreshing and satisfying!

Extremely rude and unprofessional employees. Given the behavior one sees there, one can understand the level of incompetence that goes into making such drinks. Don’t bother going here, will be sorely disappointed. Overall unkempt and appears unhygienic at first glance.

I came by to order their Matcha Tea Latte, regular sugar and ice. The girl at the cashier was polite, but the drink they made was very off. Yes, it was my order, but it was straight up milk and a ton of sugar. It was just barely tinted green. It was gross, and I wasn't sure if that's just how the drink was supposed to be. I ended up going to a different gong cha location near my school the next day to re-order the drink and see if they make the same thing. To my relief, it wasn't too sweet and was an obvious shade of green that matcha gives (and this time I could actually taste it). They need to be more careful with their orders.

I love this place! This is my favorite go to boba shop and I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and not a single complain I have to say about this store. Service is amazing, workers are always super nice. As for the atmosphere, it’s a bit small and crowded but that just means the place is super good! Definitely recommend.
