Went here just now to get a drink for my brother and I. The service was fine, we got our drinks in less than two minutes. The issue came after we got our drinks. One step outside and my brother accidentally drops his drink (the one on the right, which is the second one after the first one spilled). The two workers behind the counter see this happening in real time as we were right by the door getting ready to leave when his drink dropped. My brother seemed bummed out so I went to go get a replacement one. As I'm ordering, one of the workers is looking outside at the clearly spilled drink as shown in the first picture. I assumed that they were going to be nice enough to at least offer a replacement as it spilled before we were fully out of the store, but no. I understand that product is product and it costs money to make another drink, but for a drink that's only $7 I feel as though having a satisfied customer is worth more than that.

$7.62 for brown sugar milk tea with Boba and milk foam. Made quick with chewy boba. The tea was bland. Not worth the price.

Give it a 3/5 drinks are ok they drinks don’t always taste the same. Inside does need more lighting tho and to get renovated, looks very old and messy

Ok look this place is nice and the boba is chewy but the size of the drinks??? Help this was a medium and it wasn’t even the size of my balm but smaller😭 mind you my hands are small already so for their size to be this small is kind of crazy… for a medium too, almost 7 dollars plus tax. This at most is a size small not medium. Feels like I got scammed, 1/4 of it was ice. 😭😭

I recently visited Gong Cha, and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service with a smile. They were knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect drink based on my preferences. The bubble tea itself was delicious—fresh, perfectly brewed, and exactly how I like it. What really stood out to me was how attentive the team was to every detail, making sure my order was just right. It's clear they prioritize both quality and customer satisfaction. I really wanted something nice to say. So here, when it's cold outside and you need to warm up, this is the place to go. The heat is always on blast as soon as the temps drop. That's it. The tapioca is super stale, hard and chewy, customer service could really use some improvement because they're regularly rigid and dont care about the people they're serving. I've tried multiple visits to see if maybe they'll be some change. The spot around the corner is much better, the staff is more accommodating and they have more options.
It is one of the best bubble 🫧 tea 🍵 places that I have ever been to. A variety of flavors to choose from. My top two favorites will always be Milk tea and the Taro bubble tea 🧋.

Came here for the first time and order a boba tea that was made disgusting even after I gave them simple specific instructions on how I like it the service person was very rude and refuse to make me another tea and made me buy a whole new tea because they refused to fix it I had to get really upset for the manager to come out from her hiding space and fix my issue. I don’t understand why do the service person lie to customer and make them upset when the manager is the one who can fix the problem they even refuse to get me the manager. after spending over 20 minutes with them Arguing about make it right she fix my problem but don’t come here and expect to have a easy transaction if they mess up cuz getting a refund on a mistake they made take over 30 minutes to get a solution
