I asked for a jerk chicken meal with no gravy or sauce. The server gave me 2pc jerk wing and mixed it in with stew chicken. I’m disappointed. This was dishonest. I supported this restaurant heavily when I moved to the neighborhood 16 years ago.

Hair was in my food and they said they couldn’t give me a refund bc there was no manager at this location. So I called the other location and they said that they are not affiliated with the Flatbush and parkside location. But have the same sign and name.. ??♀️?

Parking: Could be crowded at times due to soo much people coming to buy meals at lunch time
I decided to support this alleged Jamaican Restaurant. This is the bun up Jerk Chicken the Jamaican female server packed in my bag. When I got home I was greeted with dry charred blackened chicken with no jerk sauce. The lady that served this should be deciplined. I will never step foot in this restaurant again. I would suggest that you showcase the Jerk chicken in the front so customers can see what they are purchasing. Please retrain your staff to provide better customer service.

The girl who works the counter on Thursdays is rude and difficult. I was charged 6.64 for white rice got home no white rice. I paid 51 dollars for my meal. Get home no white rice. Go back to get refund, can’t give me a refund. So I take the money in soda’s. Ask for two BBQ’s sauces gives me an attitude. It’s not even about the money it’s about the principle. Don’t be mad at me cause you messed up. Food is alright but she acting like there ain’t a bunch of other places to get the same food from.
