This bakery offers some solid hearty dimsum. It's definitely one of the better bakery dimsum spots around. There's quite the variety for this caliber of dimsum spot. Now, if you're here expecting some pretentious gourmet Michelin competing level of dimsum, you might be sorely disappointed. The cleanliness, the service, the quality of the food, and this establishment deserves better than a 3.5/5 rating for the bakery-dimsum category.

I bought pan-fried dumplings and I wanted sauce. I was asked to charge extra. I told them that I had free delivery at the same store on Eighth Avenue. I got a very rude reply with a very bad attitude.

If you’re not Chinese, you’re last in line lol. Was clearly in line ready to order with a drink in my hand but employees ignore you and go to the next person yelling in their native language.

The ham egg bun was good just the problem was the service. One women was ordering and I told her two times clearly then again after I pointed I wanted the ham egg bun she just threw it annoyed giving a whole attitude the food was good it was just the service

This is my neighborhood spot. For the people saying they’re rude, you have to be in charge of your spot in line and ordering or people will cut you. The workers have always only ever been nice to me. The bubble teas, iced coffees, slushies are so good. The bakery stuff is also yummy.

The food was okay, but the staff were ridiculous. They pretended to be very busy while chatting with each other. A 2-minute checkout took 8-10 minutes, which is why there's always a line.

Do not come here expecting good customer service. Come here because it's convenient when you're running late to catch the subway and need a bite to eat. The ladies sometimes don't even acknowledge you at all. Depends on the day and how busy they want to look. I've left the line plenty of times because they took too long and my train was coming. Make sure you do the math and count your change. There's no arguing with them and definitely no refunds. Today I saw them yelling back and forth with an old lady accusing her of not paying, instead of helping the line of customers. I left. Otherwise, the dimsum and buns are decent enough when you need a cheap quick meal.
