I had the opportunity to dine here again! Once again the quality and freshness of the food was amazing! I had the pastrami sandwich with motza ball soup and of course the house pickles, so very delicious! This will be some of the best pastrami you will try.
A solid 2-3/5 stars. My only explanation for the many 5 star reviews is that the choice of kosher restaurants here is extremely limited. So perhaps this is the best of 2 restaurants. The matzo ball soup was tasteless, the half a matzo ball was soft and equally tasteless. The rest of the meal no better. Service was casual and unprofessional.
After reading so much about an authentic NY Jewish Deli experience we came all the way here to try it and left disappointed. The extra large pastrami sandwich was pretty small in comparison to all the other pictures shown here, definitely not worth $26 extremely overpriced and overrated for what it offers. The side pickles were of course charged, plus the automatic 18% tip and a tiny sandwich ended up at $40, absolute rip off. Definitely not worth the trip.
