The quality of food of this place has definitely dropped down drastically to reasons unknown. They use to operate 24 hours that stopped.on more than one occasion their Atta "dough" finished randomly. Someone explain to me how do you run a Pakistani restaurant without Atta, it just baffles me . They have zero customer service and I mean zero. They take orders and serve food like zombies. If you speak English to them they look at you funny or the just grab a rag and stare at you until the zombie worker that does speak English takes your order. I would highly recommend check your order for no funny business. More than once they got my order wrong. If they don't have the item they replace it, instead of calling back and informing they don't have the item they replaced it with something else. You will ask always meet that guy that just stands behind the counter and stares at you like a deer in headlights. He won't greet you or take your order just stare. Go at your own risk.

I do reservations in gourmet restaurant for iftaari buffet in Brooklyn they write the name by the time we went there put stuff in plates and sit on table a worker come to us and said your name is not in list either u sit outside the hall or in basement its very embracing every one looking at us specially mens worker-push us out of hall fast already open and we end up in there basement to open the fast with kids my kids scared so much they charge buffet amount and after we never went back in buffet hall

There was a manager thats so mean 3 little empty sweet boxes he refused to give. He is the guy in Zubair Ali review 3rd photo.I always leave queens to come shop here and never had such a petty refusal from the other day time staff are friendly and grant your request. ?

We went there to have Halwa Poori.We ordered and wait like 25 min . That’s ok .Problem was that Halwa was not fresh . They didn’t heat up properly even ,They broke halwa into pieces because it was frozen .Disappointed, at least make halwa fresh daily or don’t serveGuy was super nice .They charge 12.50$ for 2 Poori, halwa, chane ,Tea and soda . Which is very cheap . Reasonable pricing. I hope they will make fresh halwa in futureChai mai cheeni bi nahi thi
