DO NOT ORDER! This place cancels every delivery order with no notification to you directly and then also does not notify Uber, making you call them to argue the cancellation. They have no working phone number, either. This has now happened on multiple occasions, after having successful orders previously. Not sure what is going on with the management of this location but it’s totally unacceptable.

I tried to order delivery. They cancelled my order without notification and also didn’t tell Uber Eats. Which caused a lot of issues when requesting a refund of an order I never received. In addition NONE of their phone numbers work so trying to contact them was futile. I’d advise staying away if you’re trying to order delivery.

Does this place even exist irl? If so, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They take forever to prep an order and my order didn’t even show up after waiting for 1.5hrs, but was marked completed??? Extremely fraudulent business practice.

Don’t order delivery. They don’t have a phone number and you can’t contact them when you’re order doesn’t show up. This is what happened to me.

So pricey! I really like their gluten free everything bagel, and usually get an egg sandwich or bagel with cream cheese so I hadn’t realized how expensive they are individually. Wanted to grab half a dozen to take to my brother who has Celiac and it was $28 … almost $5 each???!!! I said no thank you and left. I don’t care what they’re made out of, that is insane. Pretty sure the bag of 6 everything bagels at Trader Joe’s is about $5.

Worst service ever! Just went to this bagel place this Saturday morning. And I was surprised to see how empty the store was on a Saturday morning! The young guy standing behind the counter with a beard and wearing a baseball cap was so rude! Plus the fact that he gave me less money back than what he was supposed to. Glad I counted it!!! Besides being rude, he is stupid or something else. That is not a welcoming place to go. This was my first time going there. And last! We have other choices !

There's a reason why this place isn't popular in this neighborhood. The owner is nasty. The food is overpriced and they mislead you. They have wifi they just won't share it with you after you distinctly ask, can I work here on my laptop while I eat. They say yes we encourage it. You don't find out until after you've order and paid. Shady establishment. Check the signs before going in they don't do refunds.

The storefront is beautiful, and staff interacted with are great. Unfortunately the bagel I ate was very underwhelming, and way over priced. I paid almost double the price for a plain bagel with butter.

Is there any way to get in touch with Grabensteins? I got a pickup order this past weekend that had multiple wrong items (which I paid for) and when I called the phone number on the receipt and replied to the order confirmation email, nobody replied.
