This is a great local diner. We live in the neighborhood and we like coming here for a chill dinner or brunch. It is not fancy but in a good way. Expect good service and solid diner food/drinks.

The menu is large and the staff is friendly. I like the Seeley croissant at breakfast. The mozzarella sticks and the quesadillas are great for dinner. The portions are large and the food comes out quickly after you order.

They get somewhat of a transient crowd from the hotel which seems to be where some of the more negative reviews come from.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, approachable diner food.

Service is rude, not sure why it is grand canyon, nothing grand canyon about it. Food is expensive and "meh" at best.

Very basic food, a step below what I would consider standard quality for a greasy spoon diner. Expensive for what you get. Do yourself a favor and go to the Ace, a couple doors down. Amazing breakfast for the same price.

It was a pleasure to work with Rigo and his team. We rented space at GCB for an intimate event and they were most accommodating. The food was also delicious which was added value.

I have been to the Holiday inn for 2 weeks in June/July and I had a very bad experience with this kind of restaurant and with the manager that was very rude and always in a bad mood.
One day I left some cappuccino on the table because I was full and the manager told me the next day that I should finish all my food..... That was really rude and bad, I can do what I want with the food I pay. This man should change his job and should avoid working with costumers. Very very bad experience.

I ate really badly. The shrimps I took were not good, not eatable. To be honest the smoothie was accetable. I was really surprised when I had to pay 10 dollars for a mineral water bottle. I think too expensive for a mexican fast food. I advice you not to go. I attach the receipt image.

I ate here on August 3, 2024 from the recommendation of the Holiday Inn next-door. It was good. The good was far outweighed by the bad today August 6, 2024 when I sat at the bar and the non-English-speaking bartender was so rude and made fun of me because I asked for an Amstel Light, a beer that every bar in Manhattan has. The arrogant bartender was so rude and condescending that I just walked out - never again.! I do not recommend it at all because of very rude, Non-English speaking, staff who is bossy and pushy as well as very condescending. Moreover, today I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the bartender to come and take my order and there was a total of three customers in the entire establishment at lunchtime, based on the quality of service that is no wonder!

The manager refuses to charge food to my room, & this is the restaurant that is supposed to offer room service.
The food itself is less than mediocre.
Do yourself a favor & don't eat at this restaurant. Also, the drinks are wretched.

Very rude staff. The attention has been terrible and challenging the entire time, questioning the choices we made about the menu.
Also the food is not good at all.
Horrible place for breakfast. It's a shame that the hotel has to have this service to feed its clients.

Beware 20% service charge and 3% cc fee, then asking for tip on top of that.

Unfortunately, 20% charge fee is "already in the system by default".Well, I won't be there by default anymore for sure.
