Legendary spot. True if you know you know type-ish. They make the bread in-house for the torta and it’s basically stupid. Go-to is the Lengua or the tinga de pollo. Can’t beat it.

I always said NYC has no good Mexican food; I’m calling Pedro pascal and telling him to meet me here bc it’ll shut both of us up!
Tacos HUGE with two your set and I am a big girl. Tamale Oaxaca was flavorful and not too oily or heavy. Al pastor taco had good flavor, texture and was perfectly sweet
I will forever come here every NYC trip

The food is good. But this is the second time I've bought a croissant. I ask if it's fresh. When I get home, it looks like a croissant from many days ago. Not fresh or edible.

I live in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, and my go-to spot for dining is Grand Morelos. It’s the kind of place I bring family and friends again and again—whether we’re craving breakfast, brunch, dinner, dessert, or just a round of drinks from the bar, they’ve got it all.
The food is consistently delicious, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They’re attentive, accommodating, and never blink when I ask for off-menu combinations—they make it happen with a smile.
Whether you're dining solo or out with a group, Grand Morelos delivers every time. It’s more than a restaurant—it’s a neighborhood staple.

Ordered a 2 for 1 breakfast burrito from Uber Eats. We only received one order. Impossible customer support on this issue, so called the restaurant and they hung up on me.
Burrito was mediocre at best.
great place to enjoy with your family and friends, highly recommend!! Their tortas are insane and tacos are incredible, literally best torta i’ve ever tried

Ignoring my score of the service- this is one of my personal favorite neighborhood restaurants. I go out of my way to eat here. Basically, a Mexican diner that's just dependably good and comfortable. The Mexican style coffee, Cafe de Oro (I think they can it?) is delicious and how my grandmother made it. The banana milkshakes, even just pancakes, everything is great and just Mexican styled. I'm absolutely biased- I want you to come here so my favorite Mexican diner keeps existing.
As for service it's like- Cs get degrees. It's good enough.

I come here as often as I can when I am in the neighborhood. Their pan dulce and tortas are some of my favorites.
The tres leches slice will make my worst day immediately better.
And the vibes are so great for a mid day or late night bite with friends. I LOVE THIS DINER
What ever you do don’t come here charged me 72$ for 3 tacos and rice and beans the food was okay charges a lot of money and taxes for some solid ok food
Love this local bakery. Been around many years and they don't disappoint
