The cannolis shell has the thickness of a pie crust while the filling of the cream puffs were sour. What a disappointment we had following the excitement of an authentic Italian bakery. Also your cashiers are not the warmest.

I bought a chocolate/strawberry cake for my boyfriend’s birthday with high expectations, and it's the worst cake I've ever had. It has no flavor and everything tastes old. The layer that was supposedly chocolate doesn't even taste like chocolate. I just lost my money.

I honestly want to give a -100 stars to this bakery. They are so ruthless and inhuman. They canceled my cake last minute, no clarification nothing. They ruined my birthday. I’m so upset. They ruined my day. I will never forgive this. So unprofessional even after the owner assuring me he would take extra care of my cake and cancelled. They put false accusations on me of being rude. Even after a lot of them giving bad reviews about them I still decided to take a chance and trust me. Worst mistake. Never ever order from them.

For the last few years I feel as if their quality and performance in their cakes have went down significantly! My husband got me a slice of chocolate cake and as soon as I seen it I could tell it was so dry, when I went to put my fork in it, the entire slice fell apart. It definitely was super dry and not good at all. The flavor was lacking and the cake slice was OLD. Super disappointing, please use fresh ingredients and serve them fresh to your hardworking customers!
The items were cheap, but they tasted really good. I went there recently again, but it was temporarily closed due to a fire hazard. I hope they reopen soon!

Bought two cannolis,they were overly sweet, didn't taste like cannoli cream, they were old shells were soft and mushy. I also bought Strufali, they were dry, over cooked and had no tast beside the honey. I never tried there cakes but one thing for sure I'll never go back there for there pastry.
