This family owned bakery is the epitome of classic old-world authentic Kosher delights. Everything they make melts in your mouth. They are a trusted brand that my family has been buying for decades. I highly recommend their hamantaschen, which is buttery and fruity. I especially love the poppy seed and apricot. They are divine. It has been years since I've had a chance to patronize their shop, but they do sell online and at select stores that offer Kosher products. If you want to treat yourself and your family to really great desserts, try any of their products. The black and white cookies, babka, rugelach, etc. are fabulous! You will love them! They even offer vegan options!

Ordered one of each, sugar free rugelagh and hamentaschen to SC. Got two packs of hamentaschen. Contacted them via phone & email. They responded next day requesting picture. I sent it and then didn’t hear anything back. I will say that what we received were very good but I will likely not order from them again. I have a new order to Reisman’s Bakery. The reviews were very good.

I ordered the chocolate and cinnamon Babkas, and both are delicious and flavorful. I do, however, prefer the cinnamon somewhat more because I'm a huge fan of it. However, these are excellent things deserving of a 5-star rating, so here it is! They've won my heart, so I'll be placing more orders and urging everyone to at least take a "taste" drive! They arrived on schedule for shipment.

Great baked goods but absolutely terrible customer service and delivery. After a month of calls, sending emails and pictures, they have failed to respond with any action other than saying they are filing a claim of the items we did not receive and items damaged. You will be caught between Greens stalling and shipper blaming Green's. Use your credit card to protect yourself or go to Wegmans, etc. to spare yourself and those you send gift the aggravation.

Ordered their Babka (chocolate and cinnamon) and both are great with lots of flavor. However, since I’m a cinnamon enthusiast, I like the cinnamon a tad bit better. But these are quality products that deserve a raving review…so here it is! They have captured my heart and I will be ordering more and I encourage everyone to at least give them a “taste” drive! They were shipped in a timely manner.

Really excellent babka and poppyseed roll. If you’re going in person, note that it is NOT a traditionally bakery storefront—it’s a factory-like setting where if you can get in (the ladies on break out front let me in), you can ask for what you want and they’ll grab it from inventory for you. Took a little while for someone to come out from the office to help me, but the baked goods are delicious and it’s a unique experience!

After years of enjoying this chocolate filled, hard-to-find Babka, I was so disappointed to discover how much the quality has deteriorated. When my sister-in-law in PA was able to find these and the Rugelach in Wegmans while we visited, we tore into one immediately and packed the rest to bring home to NC. Even from the exterior view, it was obvious there was barely any chocolate in two of them although the third looked promising. Unfortunately, the cake was rather dry, tasteless and had only a few swirls of chocolate. I called Green's when I arrived back home but the customer service rep was barely audible and very difficult to understand. She said each is hand made daily and that some people don't like a lot of chocolate (????). After thinking about her response, I tried calling back and left 2 messages and then tried again 4 times the following day and finally received a text with their email address as I had indicated I wanted to speak with a Manager. The email address she supplied was inaccurate and the one on their site keeps coming back as "undeliverable" also. The chocolate Rugelach was equally disappointing. I was hoping the Manager would send one that looks like the pictures on their website as a substitute.

I visited Green's on 7/17/23 and I was expecting a traditional bakery experience. What I got was far better as it was a bakery heaven. I had ordered previously from Grens online. Since I was in the area I decided I'd stop by for all my favorites ? Isaac helped me and was so kind and gracious, especially when he found out I came all the way from Tennessee. As usual, Green's did not disappoint! I walked away with a box of perfection! Thanks Green's for being the best ever! I'll definitely be back! Sincere Regards Jackie Pair

Best chocolate babka ever ! I send it to my grandmother in law (in Delaware) and mother in law (in Virginia). They love it as much as we do. All orders have always arrived fresh and on time. Wish it was sold locally. I order from amazon.

Poor customer support and meh product.I purchased mixed fruit Hamentaschen, which only have a dime size amount of fruit currently. One of the cookies had zero fruit and basically customer service told me, too bad (send me a coupon).I should have known something was off when I called customer service and they answered "Hello", no company greeting or identification.OVERALL: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Never had their products. Never will. As advertised on NineLife’s YouTube channel, €119 for a chocolate Babka?! I don’t care if it’s god’s chosen bread, this is pretension at its worst. Shameful pricing of biblical proportions! I’ll learn from the Chain Baker and make my own, thank you.

Green's Babkas are my Go-To when I want to send a food gift. This year for the holidays, I sent 6 Babkas and kept 3 more. They're utterly delicious, and unless you specify a different date, they are shipped the day after they are baked. Yum!

My husband loves Green's cinnamon rugelach and I used to buy them at our grocery store in Austin, TX. We went through a bag every week or so and the store kept running out! I finally went to the website and ordered half a dozen bags! Now I order them every couple of months. My most recent order arrived full of babka instead of rugelach so I sent a contact form from the website.Breindy emailed within hours and my replacement rugelach are on the way! Customer service has been prompt and courteous in every situation I've encountered. A fitting match to the great taste of their baked goods!
