Do I trust the food? Not necessarily. Is the ambiance MY vibe? Not particularly. But the service here is consistently ASTOUNDING. Every barista I've interacted with has been extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. (I don't remember this being the case a year or two ago, so they've definitely made some great new hires.) The cold brew is consistently strong; my order always comes out FAST; the space is always clean. I respect, and appreciate, that consistency.

I love Matcha and always pass by and see the Matcha drinks advertised outside so decided to try one. I purchased the Yuzu Peach Matcha and I've been hooked. I even downloaded the app to place my orders in advance and received my 1st free drink reward today. Regardless who makes the drink it always taste the same and that's important to me!! Staff is always friendly and atmosphere is chill.

This place is a mess. The air conditioner has been out of order for god knows how long. It's like walking into a sauna. On top of the heat, the workers take an exceptionally long amount of time to make a coffee. Causing customers to wait up to 10 minutes for a drink. Another issue i see regularly is flies on the food. i assume this is due to the door being open becuase of the heat issue. These issues need to be fixed fast!

Will never buy food from this location again. Just went in to get my usual warm blueberry muffin and saw flies on the baked food. Told the 3 ladies currently working 9/23/25 that they may want to close the door because of the flies. Her response ahh we have 4 ovens going and we can't close the door. I responded so you are okay with flies that land on dog poo outside landing on the food. Her response well its ok there is nothing we can do. I respond you can cover the food. Her response we asked them to cover the food but they said no ( I am assuming she means the owners). Basically all 3 employee's attitude were we only work here we don't care. The a/c has been out at this locaction for a long time and I understand its hot but if I have to pay over $5 for a muffin it better be fly free. Now makes me wonder how they prepare their food for customers they don't are about.

Great coffee! The location I go to is a bit on the small side so a little hard to maneuver in the morning rush, but being able to order ahead makes it easy to get in and get out quickly

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience at this location because they were closed when I arrived during their business hours. I arrived at 5:45 on a Monday because this was one of the few coffee shops in the area open late, or so I thought. Google (as well as a sign posted to the door) said the place was open until 6:30. However, the shop was locked. A few employees inside spotted me and completely ignored me.

I totally understand business need to close earlier than usual sometimes, but there was no signage (that I saw) indicating that. Additionally, I really would have appreciated the employees quickly opening the door to just explain why they closed early. Being ignored was pretty frustrating as I had walked 10 minutes out of my way, and it was extremely hot outside. Please do better!

I ordered the vegan deluxe (vegan sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant) and it was amazing. It is consistently good and doesn’t taste artificial like many vegan substitutes. I placed my order through the app and it was ready when I got there and just the perfect temperature.
