Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience at this location because they were closed when I arrived during their business hours. I arrived at 5:45 on a Monday because this was one of the few coffee shops in the area open late, or so I thought. Google (as well as a sign posted to the door) said the place was open until 6:30. However, the shop was locked. A few employees inside spotted me and completely ignored me.
I totally understand business need to close earlier than usual sometimes, but there was no signage (that I saw) indicating that. Additionally, I really would have appreciated the employees quickly opening the door to just explain why they closed early. Being ignored was pretty frustrating as I had walked 10 minutes out of my way, and it was extremely hot outside. Please do better!

I ordered the vegan deluxe (vegan sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant) and it was amazing. It is consistently good and doesn’t taste artificial like many vegan substitutes. I placed my order through the app and it was ready when I got there and just the perfect temperature.

My experience at this location was better than my last visit to another location. The girl and guy at the counter were friendly and helpful. The table I sat at was clean, and the store was well organized and tidy. The coffee ( latte ) was good, but not amazing. There are other options in Downtown Brooklyn that serve better lattes.

There is no AC in July. It was miserable for me for 5 mins, but even more importantly I feel awful for the staff that has to stand there roasting all day. Management needs to fix or stand there along side them.

Service is good the food is okay but the place itself is horrible. They have no AC and I asked how long has it been broke for? One of the employees said that its been broken for almost a year. They said that people were going to come to the store and install A/C's but all I see in the store are fans. I can't even dine in due to the horrible heat inside. Please create a better working area for your employees.

I m extremely upset this restaurant scammed me 20 dollars . I made an order on uber eats for vegan sandwiches and they called me and told me they are out of everything that goes on the sandwich. So I told them to cancel my order then and they told me that I had to cancel it . I did and uber charged me 20 dollars for the cancellation even it wasn’t my fault . Cause the restaurant didn’t wanted to cancel even they didn’t had my food . Uber customer service says they cannot do anything

The coffee is good and tasty, no complaints about the quality. But how can a café with tables for customers not have a restroom? If the place offers a space to sit and enjoy a drink, basic facilities should be provided🫠

I get it now! Gregory's blows the competition out of the water. Their offerings are fresh and attractive. I love the vegan selection and their bakery items. I have made two trips to Gregory's and I think it is a new favorite.
