3 pm: Been coming here since a child and this one worker ( old with white long beard) is so disrespectful it’s insane. I think he’s the owner and we honestly need to stop funding his business. I’ve seen them drop pretzels and still put them on the shelf, bugs flying around yet the place is very active bc of their free samples. Pretzels are also a hit or miss because some are from the day before. I’ve just seen this old man be rude to people for asking for a damn napkin and fork, you clearly don’t get any at home so you must go and make other miserable who spend their money on your dirty pretzels. After today’s visit (I walked away), best believe I will not be giving another dime to this pretzel company and hope you guys actually read this as customers ( trying to save you from a bad day and maybe food poisoning)
