Service was ok. The place is too noisy and there is almost always a wait time.
Pizza is overpriced and over rated for what it is.

Apparently, they don't have service on Saturdays?

Very thin crust and tasted more like a cracker crust than Very thin crust and tasted more like a cracker crust than traditional NY. Nor did we taste the coal fired crust. Tried the place next door and while Grimaldi's sauce was better, Juliana's crust was much more of what I was expecting and preferred theirs. Well at least I was able to check something off the bucket list.

Note and pro tip: they close from 4-5pm and even though I ordered online around 3:30, pizza wasn't ready until after 5pm.

Update: I updated to four stars because I appreciated the sincere response. While my review is true to my feelings, I did enjoy my pizza. Any business willing to take feedback is worth a 2nd chance and hope to do so soon. Will try to make it inside for a fresh pie next time. Thanks!

You must visit Grimaldi's while you're visiting the DUMBO area! It's a famous pizzeria and a tourist attraction. We were given a 25-minute wait with the line out the door; however, it was less than that, probably around 15 minutes. It's well worth the wait! The pizza is absolutely delicious with a wonderfully thin crust. We also enjoyed a Greek salad and Caesar salad on the side. We had the Margherita and pepperoni pizzas.

Decent pizza by brooklyn bridge. Save room for the delicious oreo and classic cheese cakes

Having heard about the ongoing "war" whether Grimaldis or Julianas is better pizza, we decided to test this on our NYC trip. Grimaldis wins. Although both pizzas are delicious, Grimaldis is slightly better - and, and this is important - service is way way better and friendlier. Julianas just wants you out the door as fast as possible. Grimaldis will make your time there enjoyable :) We'll be back to Grimaldis when we visit NYC again! Thanks!

ALERT! ??? We went to eat there, we paid with a card and they charged us twice, without us realizing it, one with a tip and the other without a tip, which we have held in the bank. While in NY we called to have it resolved and they told us that they would look at it and now, that they know that we are already in Spain, they do not answer our messages or answer our phone. They have scammed us. DON'T GO
