Service was non-existent and orders were messed up. We placed an order at the kiosk ( cold brew, hot latte & egg sandwich), thinking it would be more efficient. However, we waited 20 minutes before we had to go up and ask when our order will be ready. Then that's when we were informed that they are unable to make one of the drinks due to the flavor being out of stock. We asked for a different flavor, and were given it iced instead of hot like originally ordered. When we finally got our complete order we left just to notice they added cheese to the sandwich we requested without cheese.

Convenient and efficient from start to end
Barista was very passive and just left my coffee sitting by the machine until i asked when it would be ready
And for $5.33 for a plain coffee I expect it to be hotter.
(Also when you don’t have regular drip coffee and offer an Americana instead, you should charge for a regular drip coffee)

We walked in and immediately noticed how dirty everything looked. Went to the bathroom to wash our hands and saw a dead cockroach, then noticed a live one in the hallway. The floors were sticky as well. We left right away. Would not recommend unless the place is thoroughly cleaned.
