Use to buy my kids birthday cakes from here because they were close to where we lived but the customer service was terrible. The last time we called in to order a cake they left us on hold for 20 min then hung up. Never returning. Especially when there are better cakes elsewhere with better customer service. The cakes are ok.

Self service bakery with a tray and tongs, it smells like heaven inside . They do custom cakes and sell by the slice as well . The concha’s are amazing

The worst bakery in Brooklyn, everything old and dry, I bought several things and nothing worked, some cupcakes harder than a rock and a tres leche without milk, everything was horrible

I work at the hospital a block away. Last year we had a party and I remembered that there was this bakery near by that offered one of my favorite pastries (the bread with pink sugar on top-I am sorry I forgot the exact name of the delicious pastry). However, I went inside a bit clueless as to what I should get for a medium party. The woman that worked there was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She immediately new what I was looking for and what other people would potentially enjoy. I have shopped there a few times and also brought a friend who loves these pastries as well. What really touched my heart was when a man (of Hispanic culture) came in asking in Spanish "is there anything you may be getting rid of that I could have at no cost". She didn't question him, and definitely didn't give him anything old. She went to the freshest tray of pastries in the shop and gave to him, no questions asked. This is how I remember people in the our country, always willing to help others out if they have the opportunity to do so. I have told this "positive" story nemourous times. I will be Happy to go back and get more yummy bakery goods very soon!!

Dietary restrictions: You may have to ask if there is gluten in the pastries.
