It's one of my favorite ice cream shops. The dulce de Leche is one of my absolute favorite ice cream. I get to custom and put all the toppings that I want. The waffle cone bits taste lovely with this ice cream and the also hot fudge drizzle. They have a variety of ice cream to choose from.

In the summer of 2019, I had a wonderful outing with my grandparents at King Plaza Mall, where we enjoyed some delicious Haagen-Dazs ice cream. My grandma had the strawberry flavor, which she loved, while I indulged in the rich chocolate ice cream. My grandpa chose the dulce de leche, and we all agreed it was a fantastic treat. The creamy textures and vibrant flavors made for a memorable experience, and it was a delightful way to spend time together!

Recently made a trip to kings plaza I didn’t have the intention to stop for ice cream. However, a new sundae caught my eye. A young man named Inam prepared the sundae, while Habib assisted with our checkout. They were both extremely friendly and courteous. Thank you Inam and Habib!

THE GUY AT THE REGISTER IS VERY RUDE HE SHOULD NOT EVEN BE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. HE HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. ALL OF THOSE WORKERS HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THEY NEED TO BE RE TRAINED!!

Every time I visit, the staff here is patient and very kind! I airways get the best shakes and the offers are great! Highly recommend!
I was there and witnessed the incident that happened today. I also talked to the guy to get a better understanding of what happened on top of what I saw and heard she was charged the right amount for one regular cup which is 8.95+ tax she didn’t like the price and just stood up there where you pay, not giving other customers chance to pay so the guy asked her if there is any issue to which she got made and started an argument like you have a problem I’m just looking into my bank to see if you charged me extra to which he replied you have the receipt you can look there as well to which she replied “know where you come from” and “know your place” basically being racist assuming his not from here and after he said he don’t have problem she went away ate some of the ice cream came back and asked for refund which the guy gave with without any questions now she goes on to take a video trying to look good infront of others when she clearly have some mantle issues going on seeing she did the same thing with the next door store claiming we are rude. And proceeded to write a lie in a review about him charging her tip which he didn’t she has the receipt. Tax is not tip if she can read she would be able to tell that. Who’s the being racist and rude in this situation? She should be banned from the mall for being so impulsive and racist. I know this place for a long time and I know the customer service here is great. You can check her profile she did the same thing with other store claiming we are rude.

On this rainy day I decided I wanted some ice cream I order a regular cup three scoops for 8.95$ I want to insert my debit card the guy was looking at me like oh your card is not working and which it was I have the receipt. he turned around the little station where you insert your debit card and he pressed tip without me even acknowledging to give him a tip very rude and very nasty these people back here should not be working in Kings Plaza at all. I went into my account right in front of him and he kept asking me ma'am is there a problem why you keep looking at your account I gave you your receipt next
