King’s plaza haagen dazs is by far the best spot. I get a banana split & it is SO GOOD ! The workers is very friendly & fast. I recommend everyone to go there!

Kind and Attentive Customer Service I came here to redeem my birthday freebies, and the staff were so helpful! Habib kindly guided me through the instructions, and the wait was very short. I received a smoothie and a mini cup for my birthday. Unfortunately, as I was leaving, my drink was accidentally knocked over but the team immediately handed me napkins and even refilled my drink without hesitation. Exceptional service and kindness all around!

What a shame! The workers are very rude, impatient, and unwelcoming. Years ago, this location was so lovely, with such welcoming workers. Now that has changed. When I want a sweet treat I’ll stick with The Cookie House or Cinnabon nearby!

I went today to the mall and I ordered ice cream for my kids and the guy working there his name habib he was changing the garbage without gloves and he threw it and he came back to serve us without washing his hand ,really disappointed.

They scanned my code but says it didn’t work, but on my phone it says the order is processed and it went through. Bad attitude and terrible customer service and refuses to help find solution. Overall customer service was so bad, both of the workers didn’t care at all and are super rude

It's one of my favorite ice cream shops. The dulce de Leche is one of my absolute favorite ice cream. I get to custom and put all the toppings that I want. The waffle cone bits taste lovely with this ice cream and the also hot fudge drizzle. They have a variety of ice cream to choose from.

In the summer of 2019, I had a wonderful outing with my grandparents at King Plaza Mall, where we enjoyed some delicious Haagen-Dazs ice cream. My grandma had the strawberry flavor, which she loved, while I indulged in the rich chocolate ice cream. My grandpa chose the dulce de leche, and we all agreed it was a fantastic treat. The creamy textures and vibrant flavors made for a memorable experience, and it was a delightful way to spend time together!
