Bad. I arrived 15 minutes after opening on a Sunday morning and got two centers of the roll which everyone knows is supposed to be the warmest, softest part and that’s why they made it a whole thing you can order, lol. Got home (15 minutes later) to eat them and they’re 100% a day old or more. They were room temperature, or even a little colder. The dough was not squishy or stretchy, and crumbled apart like a dry day-old pastry. You know what I mean. I’m not a pastry connoisseur or anything but the main reason I go to Cinnabon is for…..a warm fresh fast food cinnamon roll. I’d been craving this for weeks and after a couple bites was completely disappointed. Don’t go in the morning because you won’t get fresh food, you’ll get the leftover. I almost want to walk back and get a refund.**Edited to add that they reached out to me a few days later to explain why the food was cold and offered a solution, so I appreciated that. There’s nothing wrong with anyone or anything about the store itself, I’m just on the quest for warm cinnamon rolls at opening time lol
