Ordered them through uber eats for delivery and not only did my order take 90 mins to come when it should have taken 20-30 mins, but I called the restaurant multiple times for an update and no one answered. There were no updates from them about the delay and no customer service in general. Really pathetic service and I won’t be ordering from here again.

The UberEats option did it was a 20 minute delivery and I called the restaurant just to check when it said it should have been there 20 minutes after the order and the guy who answered my call told me it takes 40 minutes when it’s snowing and raining. It was sunny outside and was not snowing or raining. I asked for an eta and he was unable to give me this. I let him know that he should call Uber as it says on the app that it is 20 minutes and he was like “yeah whatever bye” and hung up. I wasn’t angry, just trying to tell him. I think that’s incredibly rude and is very poor customer service

I've always ordered from this restaurant without issues. But today, I received confirmation that they've prepared my order and it was on it's way. Then I received an update 30 minutes later than it was canceled without a valid explanation. I attempted to call them twice but no response. I won't be ordering from them again! Good riddance.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had an issue with an order and instead of helping me out, I was told that they don’t “speak Spanish” and can’t call the delivery driver. Then I was yelled at by their hostess because I requested a refund. UTTERLY rude and disrespectful! Do not go there!

The best PadThai I ever tried! I am in love with PadThai and tried it in multipule states and places this is the tastiest, good amount, very high quality PadThai.
Had not had thai in a while, and this was really good. Great flavor and spicy the way I like.

I've ordered from here more than a dozen times and I really like the food. However, their bad customer service with this order on top of their error left a bad taste in my mouth, so I will not order from here again.
I ordered basil sauce with chicken and extra vegetables. However I received a small basil sauce with vegetables. I called them to make them aware so they can correct the issue and they made me send them pictures of my food as proof.
When I mentioned that I was missing dinner with my family so please hurry. I also asked for an appetizer so I could offer something else to my kids so they can sit with me when my food arrived. Also as a courtesy to correct their mistake. But I was denied.
It was 45 minutes later that I was finally able to eat what I ordered. However, what they sent was also inadequate as they did not send rice with the correction, so I had to eat my basic sauce with chicken and vegetables with the cold rice that was delivered 45 minutes prior.
This was terrible customer service.

I highly recommend this Thai place ful of flavor and the price is just so unbelievably low for this current inflation. Although it looks like a take out place, you won't disappoint with the quality and the taste.
