Unfortunately, this place has lost the quality that I miss a decade ago. The pork chop take out order was lacking flavor and tough. They forgot the white rice so seamless reimbursed me for the missing item but kind of crazy to charge for rice to go with your entree anyhow.

20/10!!! The atmosphere is laidback and quaint with lovely brick walls and statutes. The service here is impeccable and so friendly. The food is incredible, so fresh and tasty with sizable portions. I cannot recommend this place enough. They now have new regulars!! Absolutely love this place!!!

Hanoi Restaurant is truly a gem in Brooklyn! Not only is the food absolutely delicious and authentic, but the staff are incredibly honest and kind. I accidentally left my bag with my wallet inside, and didn’t realize it until three days later. When I came back, the staff had kept it safe for me — nothing was missing. I’m so thankful for their honesty and integrity. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing food and the trustworthy people!

Found a hair in my pho. Told the waiter and she proceeded to move my food around to say she didn’t see the hair and I was wrong. Would be comical if it wasn’t so disgusting. Soft shell crabs were good, service was awful.

I sure like this place a lot more before the $10 worth of fees to get a delivery (before you add tip). $4 "convenience fee" + delivery fee. When you have been ordering from a place for 10 years and they make a change like this. Doesn't feel great. Food is still great.

Their Bo kHo is made out of tomato paste according to the waitress so I got the dac biet pho instead .Very mid pho ,the meat was so overcooked that it disintegrated in my mouth . Will not come back .

As a big fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I found the flavors of the food we had to be inconsistent. The pho broth was too salty for my liking, and the fried calamari had an excessive amount of breading. However, the bo luc lac was delicious. The service was friendly!

The food here is excellent but what makes this place super special is how kind the staff are to families. This is the most welcome high quality restaurant.
i got the brisket pho and it was so bad. The smell was just horrible. It made me nauseous. The calamari was great though. I also had the thai iced tea but for some reason when i ordered a second one to-go, they didnt put any milk in my tea. it was a dark orange and also tasted weird. The server noticed I barely touched my pho but didn’t question me as to why she just didnt care ig. its too expensive to taste that bad. Wasn’t a totally good experience overall.
