I waited 20 minutes for a single Takoyaki order, watching other customers who ordered after me receive the same item before I did. I approached the staff twice to ask about my order and was told each time that I’d be called. Eventually, it turned out my receipt was never printed on their end. Very poor service.
Okonomiyaki & Omu Yakisoba were huge miss for me. Better off getting this at an actual restaurant.
Taiyaki was ok. Not as good as the ones you get from Mitsuwa but maybe better than the ones you get from the cold section at Japanese markets.
One thing for sure is after eating the food, stomach felt really off.

Absolutely the worst takoyaki and okonomiyaki I have ever had in my life. Bready, doughy takoyaki with rock hard overcooked octopus. Slop of okonomiyaki drenched in sauces with barely cooked stringy pork and no pancake batter. Do not eat here please.
Got the original takoyaki. Clearly cooked several hours before, the bottom part was hardened, the octopus inside was rubbery. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

Decent takoyaki for the price.I got the bakudan takoyaki just after dinner time and got the last order. It is already made but still very hot when I got it. The bakudan takoyaki is indeed spicy (more like spicy-sour), but you should be fine if you have moderate to high spice tolerant. Very fun to guess which one is the bullet.
