I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m not sure what else to do at this point.
I placed a delivery order a few weeks ago and, after waiting 45 minutes, it was cancelled and never arrived. I’ve called the store on 8 different occasions to try to get a refund and each time have been told either that their system is down, that I will be refunded in a couple days, that they will call me back, or to call back when the manager is in.
When I finally spoke to the manager, Kenny, he said he couldn’t issue the refund on his end and would have to get the owner, Bobby, to do it. He said that I would be refunded the next morning and that he would call me after it was processed. That call never happened and I never got refunded. And now when I called last they told me Kenny is on vacation.
It should not be this difficult to be issued a refund for an order that they cancelled and that I never received.
