When we brought up an issue with our order, the manager was rude and, refusing to take responsibility or even offer a simple apology. Avoid this place if you expect decent management and service!

Place is just a weird halal chain. You ate better off at a cart or any of the other options around. Also the place gets a lot of delivery orders so it may look empty but there will be a wait. Vegetarian food is very much an afterthought. And the food did not look like the pictures.
I recently visited Halal Munchies with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. The manager was extremely rude, which set a negative tone for the entire visit. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The staff seemed disorganized, and the service painfully slow. I hope they can improve their customer service, but for now, I can't recommend this place.

This place feels like the crumbl of halal food. lots of videos that make the food look good but not much substance. if you live in NYC there are a lot of independent places that will have better food for less money and you'll be supporting local businesses. my rec is damas falafel house down the block!

Good food but they don’t don’t answer the phones for whatever reason. I just want to be able to call the store, place my order so that it can be ready for pickup. I called 3 times tonight and as I’m here I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and call to see if maybe phone doesn’t work. Nope. It rang as loud as their music and they all just ignored it
