I’ve been to Halal munchies in the Queens location and never had a problem. This specific spot in bayridge I’ve been to twice and today I was waiting for the man to take my order and he’s standing right infront of me and when two other customers walked in he just passed right by me and asked them what they wanted. So I said “oh you’re just gonna pass right by me like I’m not here?” And I just ended up leaving really upset. Not coming back to this location.

Look, the food ain’t bad, but the way this place is run? Mess. The husband and wife running the spot are all over the place, and the customer service is just... no. The tall dude there? Rude as anything, like he’s doing you a favor just taking your order. And don’t even ask for extra sauce—they’ll charge you like it’s liquid gold. Just get the food to go if you really want it, ‘cause dealing with them? Not worth it."
