I ordered here twice the first time he got my order completely wrong and when I called back to explain to him he said he will offer me a discount or a complimentary next time I order. The next time I ordered I reminded him and he denied it and asked me who I spoke to I didn’t not know but he said he will still honor it…I got my food and not only the order was wrong yet again I received no complimentary item and paid full price for a wrong order. It especially sucks when your craving a certain food and imagining devouring the delicious food you envision while your hungry only to get some thing totally different I won’t be ordering from here again. It shouldn’t be so hard or a project to order food so in conclusion my experience here sucked

Placed a large order over $100 and all I requested was some extra hot sauce packets ( they don’t have the option to purchase extra on Uber eats) and only got 4 packets. Chicken wings are so tiny for $9/ 4 wings. Lo mein is just so bad. This is not the bullshit I was looking for after fasting all day.

I've never tasted worse food in my life. I ordered 4 pieces of fried chickens and French fries. when I bit into the chicken, I had the feeling that I was trying to eat a stone French fries are a special story. There was no way you could eat them. First let me mention that they were dark red in color. They were very hard so I returned them. They didn't look like fries at all. When I squeezed them, they turned into sand. everything ended up in the trash I don't understand how "Hallal Xprees" stays in business. they don't deserve a single star

I had two bad experiences with the cashier not following simple requests via doordash and uber eats. I ordered doordash for 2 orders of chicken wings with fried rice. Since I can't put any notes on doordash, I called after placing the order to let the cashier know my name on the order, to simply put 4 ketchup and 8 hot sauce; cashier acknowledged it. Once I received my order, I didn't get any ketchup, just 4 hot sauce and duck sauce, and no forks or napkins. I called to to find out what happened, the cashier said he forgot, so I let it go.
I ordered Uber eats 2 days later for the same 2 orders of chicken wings with fried rice, and I put it on the note (uber eats allows you to put notes) to add 4 ketchup, and 8 hot sauce, and 2 forks. Once I received my order, I got 8 ketchups and no hot sauce or forks. So I called again, the cashier said he forgot. This is terrible service. Cashier should do their job correctly! How are these guys still working there if they can't follow simple requests? Food is excellent as always, no issue there. But the cashier needs a wake up call. Management needs to address these issues.

Absolute horrendous this place. The place was unclean and the tables were so filthy smelled horrible in there. I ordered the Chicken wonton soup and it was so bad and overpriced her it was literally water and the utensils were so unclean I literally saw smudges horrible place don’t come here. Rude workers too
I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. When I called to place an order, the person I spoke with was incredibly rude. He claimed it would take three hours to deliver to my location, even though my past orders have always arrived in about 10 minutes. To make matters worse, he abruptly hung up on me, and when I tried calling back, no one answered. Very frustrating and unprofessional!
