That is the best salad! If they have some promotion like buy 1000 dollars gift card, get 200 extra credits, i will do it without hesitation. The price is reasonable for pick 5. The crispy chicken is always good.I didn’t like the over-commercialization like SG. I ordered a salad, 20 dollars and something. I like the that make food, rather than make business

Delicious salad bowls and decent soups. Their lentil soups have been me gassy three times although the rest are good. Their Mediterranean Bowl with Chipotle dressing is a highlight

The soups are very tasty. It's comes with bread or crackers. The prices seem high but the area is overpriced. Friendly staff.

This store is absurd. On four occasions in that past month, I have been to the store at its opening time of 10am, and they were not open.I placed an order online for 10am. It was not available at 10am. I waited until roughly 10:30 each time. It was still not available and I left.I would not recommend going here.

My partner was sick on Friday so I ordered tomato soup and got myself a Chicken Caesar Wrap. I could not believe how delicious the chicken wrap was. It was definitely one of the best I ever tasted. It was so fresh with the right amount of dressing and cheese. So yesterday, I really wanted to get more and ended up getting 4 in total only to not have any dressing on them at all. I thought I was going to have a chill evening and ended up making dinner myself.I decided to give it another shot because I really liked the wrap and was craving it so I placed an order today about 30 min ago. I got exactly the same order I placed on Thursday (tomato soup and chicken wrap). The chicken wrap was soooo cold it must have been sitting in the refrigerator for a while. The tomato soup was just old and overcooked from the reheating as the ingredient were not as solid as when it’s fresh. I m familiar with their soups because I always order from here when I feel sick.I went from really loving your food to having a bad experience due to inconsistency.I give this place more than one chance to only keep disappointing your customers.If your read most comments here they are all complaining about the same problems but always replies like « sorry you had a bad experience, we will make sure to talk to our employees about it » seems more of an appropriate thing to say given the circumstances than actually doing something about the complaints.Please be mindful that we didn’t ask for a refund on any of our horrible orders. All we wanted is experiencing that beautiful taste we did when we first fell in love with this restaurants and became regulars, but as any relationship if only one side is trying then it just not going to work out.Best of luck and I truly hope you can make changes to meet futur customers expectations. As for us, this is our official break up without the possibility of friendship lol.Goodbye.

Lobster bisque has no lobster in it and if you go after 1:30pm they never have crackers or bread and they don’t even care.

They had the worst cashier ever for the lunch crowd on 8/19/21. She was nasty, insulting, and treated me like I was lying about adding an addition to my salad. The salad person said I added two additional items (mind you she NEVER said there was an extra charge even though I told her it was my first time there). She said that she was right even though I was also counting on my end. She proceeded to tell me that when I go into an establishment I should learn how they do business. I work for one of the major firms in the area and will be letting my colleagues know about he poor service at this location. Get your food somewhere else until they teach their employees about customer service.

Visiting to move my daughter to college, I wanted lunch without visiting a chain we have at home. The reviews were pretty good so I walked in. I was disappointed that sandwiches were limited to what was pre-made -- it seems if you order online you get custom made. The reviews promoted the shrimp and corn chowder and it is delicious! The sandwich I got, even though not my first choice, was good.

Check your online orders before you leave. I Placed a salad order for pick up. Instead of garbanzo beans, they gave me Lima beans. I requested arugula and got mixed greens and cabbage. I’m 7months pregnant and I want what I ordered, and if that’s not possible, let me know My number is on the order… After I picked out the Lima beans, the rest of the salad was pretty good I guess.

Was hoping for a new lunch place, but this was terrible. Had the chicken pot pie soup which tasted overwhelming of onions and had the aftertaste of a burp, and a turkey BLT which was just fine but not worth the trip.
