Best soups in NYC
I think I got some sort of bug or maggot in my Tuscan White Bean with Spinach soup. I don’t see any ingredients on the label that should look like this. Can someone please tell me what this is?!
THANK GOD THEY REOPENED!!!! I was just driving past Metrotech (one of their former locations) and was saying I wish that they were still open. I just googled it and
BAM POW YOW they are once again open!!!!!!!! My favorite soup is SHRIMP CORN CHOWDER 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
You people have to establish proper hours. One day its open and stays open for weeks, then randomly closes indefinitely for no reason, let alone an explanation, for months. Either find hours to keep your side window open, or stick to wholesale.
Best place in Chelsea market. Delicious salads and soups.
I have missed hale and hearty soups so much since they all closed down in the city. This was a nice surprise that opened up down the street from my apartment. The person working there is lovely and it was easy and fast (to the person below-it’s winter and cold out and there was no issue!)
Great soup!
I had the soup for the first time and it was DELICIOUS.
Tastes like home food and very very affordable + the person that works here is so lovely. Guess they’re getting a new regular!
Literally just a walk-up window. Will not be fun as winter comes and/or in rain to wait outside to pick-up orders.

ordered the lobster bisque. they forgot to add any lobster.
I got 2 salads from the Carle Place location and they have to be the 2 worst salads I’ve ever had from you!

I’m not much of a soup person, but I wasn’t feeling good so it seemed appropriate. The chicken pot pie soup was amazing. Perfect comfort food. I can’t wait to go back and try the chicken and dumpling. The salad, sandwich, and wrap options looked fresh, too. Their motto was spot on, soup did make everything better today.
I’m eating in your store on West 56th St off Sixth Ave. The store is unheated and I’m estimating the temperature is around 50°F or less. The staff is wearing jackets and caps, as are the few other customers. Most unpleasant. I shall not return.
