I've been going here at least weekly for over a year now and only had good experiences. I only wish they stopped taking orders over the previous customer's shoulder - ie having to place the order while the person before is finishing payment. I don't mind the extra 10 secs of wait time, and in any case when it's a little busier, placing orders...
