Bad customer service and communication. Their restaurant website accepted my order, and I went to pick it up. I was told my order should not have been accepted because they were planning for an event, and I was offered a deal to cash in at the beginning of the week. I came in as agreed to, went back to the same person who offered me the deal due to their error, and he then told me there's no cooks again, and I could come back again ANOTHER week. I said no, and I received my money back. Bad customer service to give customers the run around, just because the people you employed or the events you signed up to do are causing issues for you to deliver on good service. Thank goodness it wasn't a big order for which I needed compensation. Will never go back. I don't recommend this place at all. Please order food somewhere else.

Amazing space! Experience it now before the hipsters “discover” it!
I was here last week for a food event/car show(?). The line and wait to get inside was not all too bad minus the stray rain showers that came down once in a while. Food was amazing but the venue itself was not well ventilated so I had to catch myself going outside after a short while.

Went to the Miku Birthday Bash Party; was fun. Weren't that much food or drinks to order from, but that could be because of that specific event. I do like that they have a second floor which gave you a good view of the main stage.

We went here for the Jackson Wang listening party and had a great time! Though I will say we came back today in hopes of getting to the photoism booth, but the hours were totally wrong on my friends Apple Maps??? It says they are open until 9pm on there so we came only to find it closed :T I would just make sure to double the times are listed correctly on there but other than that it was great!

was gonna go in for photoism photbooth but they told me they were closed when their hours on Google say they open from 11 to 3
They need to hire better staffing for their events. Its not fair and extremely unprofessional to rely on fangirls to run your events for you. They have a poor sound system and their photo booth is not even worth it for the insane wait time. Just general poor management. Its a great venue space overall but the management/owners seem like they have no idea what they're doing.

I came here to celebrate a birthday one night. There was a lot of people (200+) at Hana house which meant the music was dope. We had a table on the second floor, but as we started to have fun, it got hotter. When I looked around, I realized there was no ventilation. No fans, nothing to provide air. Even if I was enjoying myself at first, all I could think about was how hot it was. Which meant no more dancing and no more drinking. I didn’t participate in anything the venue had to offer because all I wanted to do was leave.
Disappointed. The lunch tofu/brown rice/veggie bowl was healthy (a plus), probably low in calories (a plus), but lacked flavor. It tasted like food I would try to make and I am a very bad cook. You would never even guess it was supposed to be Asian food this is how bland it was. In addition, it took 20 minutes to prepare.

At first, I thought I stumbled upon a fusion Korean restaurant, but surprise! It’s an event space that’s all about venue rentals. We hosted a memorable March 1st event there, and it’s safe to say we’ll be reminiscing about it for ages. The audience loved it too, asking how we found such a trendy spot after the show!
Here are the highlights:
1. Catering Freedom: As an event planner, I was thrilled to hire our own catering and use the kitchen. No more “great venue, terrible food” dilemmas!
2. Convenient Location: Just a minute from subway lines 4, 5, and 6. Perfect for those who prefer public transport over a magic carpet ride.
3. Great Layout: The first and second floors are connected, and you can overlook the central hall from above. Perfect for those dramatic moments when you need to capture the audience’s attention!
4. Accessibility: An elevator and gentle stairs make it easy to bring guests upstairs. No one’s getting stuck in a stairwell here!
5. Spacious Capacity: Depending on your table setup, it’s ideal for parties of 100 to over 300 people. Bring your friends, family, and maybe a few friendly strangers!
6. Outdoor Waiting Area: When the weather’s nice, there’s a spot at the entrance for guests to wait or line up. No one likes waiting in the rain!
7. Parking Tips: Street parking is like a game of hide and seek—good luck finding it! I recommend the nearby paid lots instead. Less stress, more fun!
