What did I just eat? I ordered the classic beef noodle soup and woah that beef was extremely questionable. Gross texture and super fatty. That wasn't even the worst part of the experience. When I got to the counter to order, the girl, literally 2 feet from my face, did not even lift her head but continued to use her phone while I was standing there. She gave ZERO acknowledgment that I was standing there for a good 20 seconds. I just stared at her in disbelief. Eventually the man in the back yelled to get her attention. I asked for my soup spicy, which she forgot, and the soup was ICE cold. What in the world is this place?

Couldn't figure out what to eat as there were loads of options. Was also looking for something quick and kid friendly. Stumbled upon this place towards the back of the market hall and decided to try it out. Prices were also reasonable so why not. It was pleasantly nice, made fresh to order. The noodle had a nice bite to it and the combo of meat and fresh veggies went quite well together. Definitely should try if you are looking for Chinese food whilst at DeKalb market.

I love the vegetarian noodle soup. It's my favorite out of everything on the menu, and i'm being serious. The soup is amazing and the noodles are great too. I've gotten it so many times its scary but I love it.

10 mins for 2 orders of noodles and 1 duck dumplings.The duck dumpling dough is purple and extremely soft and squishy. Like mochi but without the extreme stickiness and without choking to death.The beef braized soup has flat chunks of beef similar to oxtail. I assume it's a meat that's normally tough but is cooked to be softer.Food is light and savory. 10/10 I reccomend this spot for anyone making a big journey to this complex.

Extremely rude cashier, long wait, bland tasting food with a weird texture, and didn't receive extra chicken like I ordered. I would honestly give a zero if I could.

I tried their Zhajiang Mian Noodles (which is a dish I had for the first time), and it was savory, delicious, and extremely filling. The dish is loaded with pork meat and vegetables, and it was at a very affordable price too (especially compared to other food stalls there).

The broth carries the flavor it should but I find it to be too thin. Coming from SG, it's hard to find thick, creamy laksa without a coconutty flavor that overwhelms the laksa paste. Sadly this doesn't provide that thick broth that coats the noodles. While the handmade noodles are a nice touch, it's not the type of noodle that typically goes with laksa. Also, there's no hard boiled egg! Would give this a pass if you're looking for true laksa.
The scallion oil noodles are great if you’re in the mood for a cold noodle dish.

Stopped in downstairs for soup & stumbled on the right place. They have a few great soup options, wish they had the same soup with shrimp dumplings/wontons. Babe decided on the C-1 Classic Lan Zhou Beef Noodle Soup , came with a side of chili oil, a bit of it goes a long way. Tastes very good, flavorful & savory.. Wish it was hotter in temp. The Shrimp Dumplings were good too.
