Pretty nifty place overall for bubble tea.
Food: bubble tea quality comparable to other bubble tea places. The coconut milk tea with mango jelly was delicious and refreshing.
Service: typical of a bubble tea spot—pay, wait, called to collect bubble tea.
Atmosphere: cozy spot. Looks nice.

I will most likely not be dining here again. Extremely impolite and unhelpful, the personnel refused to carry out even the most basic duties required of them. Even worse, I saw a woman rub a napkin aimlessly in her nose for a whole minute without cleaning her hands. It was really repulsive!

Not a bad option for a fast-casual Vietnamese but their vegetarian pho broth is quite underwhelming. Not terrible but really just a plain vegetable stock with no pho spices at all, so I wouldn’t recommend the vegetarian option. I also got the vegan chicken with this (some sort of soy / seitan product) and, while it tasted ok, it was a very undercooked so it was just kind of a very doughy mushy texture which was also not appealing - was not grilled or fried, just seemed maybe microwaved. Otherwise it seems like a legit place - I am vegan so I can’t speak to the meaty options.

Vegetarian options: They offer vegan / vegetarian pho broth and multiple vegan / vegetarian protein options but the quality was underwhelming.

Came here based on prior ratings and proximity. Absolutely the worst pho I have ever had. Broth and noodles from a packet and grilled, overcooked, dark meat (leg/thigh) chicken. No original flavor. No vegetables except the scallions in the broth and a tiny amount of bean sprouts. Edible, as I was famished, is about the best I can say about this one.

I heard this place has ridiculously inauthentic banh mi. That checks out, but at the end of the day, the banh mi was pretty good. A little overpriced though.

The pho was really good. I had chicken broth with pork. The pork was generous and nicely seasoned.

Hanco's serves Vietnamese cuisine, such as Pho, Banh Mi, and bubble tea, fast-food style. On a cold Sunday afternoon, my partner and I decided to have something warm and soupy for lunch. Luckily, Hanco's in Smith Street is just a stone's throw away from where we live. The restaurant is simple with a few tables for walk-in diners, but we did realize that this place relies mostly upon takeaways and deliveries.

For lunch, I had the pho, a noodle soup with beef broth and grilled pork, served with sprouts and mint. I found the dish very filling with large portions. It was a hearty lunch and ideal for cold weather days. We will come back here for more!

Went in to get a Vietnamese coffee almost walked out immediately. For all those who are complaining about the “weird smell”, for anyone that has had the displeasure of being inside a roach infested house, this place is clearly infested. As in so bad the entire restaurant has that disgusting oily roach smell. That could be nothing BUT roaches, if you know YOU KNOW!! I steered clear of ordering food and ran out after getting my coffee which was GOOD! The staff were nice friendly enough and they use real condensed milk which is a plus! I just cant get food from a place i Know has to be overrun with roaches.

not bad! i think the vegetarian pho is kind of plain since the tofu is just added separately. i put a lot of sriracha in here to have flavor, but i like sriracha. the staff was very nice.

Vegetarian options: the vegetarian options are fine but plain
