I have been going to Happy Garden for 11 years. They have 2 tables to eat only. No Bathroom. Small , Tiny Store Front. They are closed on Tuesdays. Again, they are closed on Tuesdays. I have ordered Chicken wings with Beef Fried Rice. Warning: The rice has peas and carrots. Not my favorite thing. But the rice was still ok. The chicken wings are ok. Overall, the customer service is pleasant. Nice people working there. Oh yeah, I also had their shrimp egg roll. Pretty good.

They have The. Best. fried wontons ever. They're so well-seasoned and flavorful that you do not need any dipping sauce. I had their vegetable chow fun and it was so delicious! The lady in the front, who I assume is the owner, is soooo very sweet and accommodating. ALSO their hot and sour soup is perfect. I can't wait to try more of their foods. 10000/10
