Very strong burger joint. Vibes are great, retro, simple. Easy place to hang out. I got the classic with fries (impossible patty). The burger has McDonald’s double cheeseburger vibes in that it has thin patties. It’s very good. The size of the burger and the portion of the fries, imo, is small for my preference, which is my only reason for not leaving 5 stars.

Small place, a bit pricey, but the food was perfect, exactly what you expect. The key here is that it's near the Barclays arena, and in a nice neighborhood. Can't beat the location to get a decent burger, fries, and a shake.

Food was small portions and not very good. Ordered the IMPOSSIBLE with everything. Wasn't bad but didn't have everything and was smaller than expected. Cheese fries were drowning in bad tasting cheese sauce, not edible. Ranch dressing had a tang, tasted spoiled.
Spent $50 on one burger, 2 grilled cheese and a few drinks. We won't be returning.
Booth was tight on one side and moved.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing First Visit
This was my first time visiting Harlem Shake in Park Slope, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. I stopped in for something refreshing and ordered the watermelon cooler. The drink itself was fine, but when I asked for a cup with a cover (and even offered to pay for it), I was told they couldn’t give me one because of “new cups.”
That just didn’t make sense — it’s such a simple request, and I was willing to pay. The lady behind the counter didn’t seem rude, but she wasn’t very courteous either. The fries were actually really good, but the overall experience left a bad impression. I won’t be coming back.

I was really disappointed. The meat in the burger was shredded and had a strange texture, and the mix of sweet pickles and cabbage just didn’t work at all — the flavor combination was honestly terrible. The only good thing was the packaging — it was clean, sturdy, and well-designed.

Nonetheless, the place was decked out in the most adorable Halloween decorations and I loved the dinner style. The service and place generally was so welcoming. 10/10

This was honestly one of the most delicious burgers and hotdog I’ve ever tried in my life. This service was phenomenal and the atmosphere is outstanding. Love it and highly recommended!
