It was my first time dining and at first the service left much to be desired. We flagged multiple people to ask questions about how service was supposed to flow and they were not helpful, including the manager. Josh personally advocated for us to have small bites and drinks near the back bar. The food was amazing and Josh turned a sour experience into a stellar experience. I will personally come back and patronize with Josh. Thank you for an amazing Valentines night.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my visit to the rooftop earlier today. I enjoyed the view and the food but the server made it weird for me today.
Upon arriving, the server (who had tattoos) asked me if he could hold onto my physical card to maintain an open tab. I thought it was normal so I told him I won't be ordering anymore but he asked for the card anyway so assumed this was standard for all the guests. However, after observing the other customers they never asked those customer to hold onto their card.
This made me feel like a outcast guest even though I payed for the food and left a tip but I think they should have some standards on how to treat guests when they are paying for the meal.
