This place is absolutely incredible. Amazing views, food, drinks and service. The vibe here is just right. One of the best rooftops in NYC I’ve ever been to. You’re doing yourself a disservice by not visiting.

The skyline views of the city was magnificent, however, the service and disrespect from the hostess and the manager was not. Reservations were made for six and only five of us actually made to eat. When we were finished, doggy bags made then bill was requested. Approximately ten minutes after receiving the bill the sixth person showed up to pay, as we wanted the company to carry the cost, because it was a work dinner. Going through the bill the service fee was too much, therefore it was adjusted. This was when the hotel said six people ate and the service fee was fitting for that. We tried to explain to the manager and hostess that the sixth person just arrived, they didn’t want to believe. The manager did not even want to look at the sixth person’s valet ticket. The hostess lied saying she didn’t know how much persons she seated and when she happened to remember it was six. Long story short, they got no tip.

Would not recommend if the waitress is going to lie just to get more money out of you. I came here with my coworkers for a nice dinner. There was a reservation for 6, however only 5 of us showed up. Keep in mind that there is a minimum of $125 that needs to be spent per person. We ordered a platter so that we can all share and the platter was $540 plus an additional $120 for drinks. So that was well over the $125 minimum required. Now it’s time to pay the bill and they want to charge us for the 6th person that didn’t even show up until after the bill was brought out. We tried to explain to the manager that the 6th person didn’t join us until after so it’s not fair for them to charge us an extra $125 but they insisted that the 6th person was there the whole time. We even spoke to the waitress that served us and she lied and said that she was present the whole time. -1000/10 I would not recommend

The manager and waitress lied about the number of us that came to eat and wanted to charge us extra and when we confronted her she acted oblivious. Very bad service!

Beware of tourist traps! We went to the Roptopbar party through Posh, $50 entry for totally exorbitant cocktail prices. Here two Aperols cost $65, of which almost $15 was already a tip for a drink in a plastic glass and 95% ice. Not recommended sorry, even if the view is great, it doesn't make up for the prices. Location is pretty cool but alternatively I would recommend the Peak on the Edge, here you spend 40 dollars and you can go to the observation deck for free.

I was double charged at this place. I called multiple times to have this addressed & they never cared to follow up. Will be filing a lawsuit against this place full of scammers.

The place is spectacular, highly recommended to see the sunset. Of course, the service is quite bad (slow, clumsy with cocktails, etc.). Additionally, the tip is automatically included... which, although common there, should be left when you receive good service.

Had the best experience at this Rooftop with my friends and family. I did my proposal here and every person that worked there was so helpful and kind with setting up and during our time there, the service was more than we could have asked for. Would definitely book a table/private event again here knowing I would be in great hands with the staff accommodating to the guests. We truly had the best time here and they did a great job making us feel special.

I really enjoyed my stay and the beautiful view. Furthermore, Victoria was such a kind, efficient, and friendly server; she made me feel very welcome because she was so attentive.

I had high expectations for this well-established rooftop venue, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service from the management was exceptionally poor. Instead of addressing our concerns and finding a solution, the managers seemed more interested in arguing with us.
One of the biggest issues was the unclear minimum spend requirement. The information was buried in the fine print, and were never mentioned upon our arrival. We were only pressured to meet this undisclosed minimum, which felt deceptive and unfair.
To make matters worse, the managers who checked us in appeared to avoid us rather than address the issue directly. Their lack of transparency and poor handling of the situation made for a very frustrating experience.
Instead of addressing our concerns or finding a solution, they engaged in hostile and nasty arguments with us, which was both unprofessional and distressing.
