I love Hasenstuble — the food, drinks, and atmosphere are fantastic. However, our recent experience was severely marred by a server named Gabriel, whose conduct was shockingly unprofessional. His demeanor was openly rude, dismissive, and hostile from the outset. Attempting to order food felt like an unwelcome disruption to his day, and he treated our group with thinly veiled contempt. This was without question one of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant service experiences...
This is a good Bier joint. Nice neighborhood place in Brooklyn to wind down, hold a meet up with friends or to just chill. The service is friendly. The Beers are good and the food will please. Chess boards on the sidewalk tables. You can people watch as the vibrant diverse neighborhood flows by.
