For a premium ice cream shop, that’s disappointing. I’ll stick with Häagen‑Dazs, where they’re always happy to custom-pack a fresh pint.

I love this little ice cream shop. Feels very nostalgic and vintage. I didn't even get a strange look from the cashier when I asked if small was the smallest size they had. I fully knew it was a weird question, but she was very nice about it. Recommend the galactic ube flavor. I was skeptical of it being made from yams, but just trust me on this one (as a stranger from the internet that you'll probably never meet).

Don’t and can’t get the hype. This place has been popular recently so I decided, why not try it? Bad move. Staff is good for the actual product. The ice cream is barely even creamy and lacks a lot of flavor that I expected when I tried it. The hot chocolate? It also has barely any flavor and actually tastes more like a KETTLE than actual chocolate. This place disappoints me. It’s simply a waste of money and all the food has no flavor, at least what I tried. I wouldn’t give this place a second chance, Connecticut Muffin that used tk be here was much better. Don’t waste your money and simply either go somewhere else, make it yourself, or skip it altogether. I really hope this place either makes a significant flavor improvement or shuts down altogether.

I love Heap’s, where the flavors range from classics to should-be classics, like banana pudding, and cotton candy, and banana bourbon caramel. The menu is crisp and clear—no small thing—and the ice cream sandwiches are superb. I’m going to venture to say it has some of the finest ice cream sandwiches I have ever had.
