DO NOT ORDER OR EAT HERE, I ordered a chicken wing and fried rice and received someone else’s order, I called to tell them this is the wrong order and they instructed me not to eat it, they came back to then swap my order with a STRANGER because they switched our orders, I was told my food was remade and fresh but it was opened and soggy so I received food that a stranger opened! That is contaminated food and not hygienic. They then banned me from ordering and delivering to me when I expressed my frustration on the phone and I never got a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE THERE IS BETTER RESTAURANTS.

I ordered 2 general tso chicken one with vegetable fried rice and one regular white rice and received both white rice . The Chicken was not chewable very stringy and only came with 2 broccoli which was HARD, barely steamed.

I placed the order over the phone with a very nice young lady that was taking my order but the delivery person was utterly disgusting from the phone call to coming to the building to drop my food, and I am disabled, and I had to yell that to him on the phone because he was insisting that I walk to the parking lot But his attitude and his tone was totally disrespectful .

Ordered $47 worth of food online and they wouldn't honor there free drink or item policy. This wasn't even a delivery order. I ordered online because I didn't have cash. Said they don't honor online orders even though the meals are much more expensive online so they still make the same amount of money. I paid about $7 more for the meals and tax and they refused to provide the drinks. Don't pay their expensive online prices. During COVID they wouldn't survived without online orders. Bad customer service.

My family has been ordering from this restaurant since they opened and the only time we didn't order from here was when they were closed during the first phase of the pandemic. Everything is always cooked freshly after you give them the order. The broccoli is always fresh and crispy with the meat or poultry chosen. My only complaint is that they now charge for the deliveries and add tax on top of that to the orders...so yes, their prices have risen after the pandemic shutdown but will we stop eating here??? NO....because the food is good and I guess you will have to order and taste it yourself to decide...also, the free soda isn't given until you order I believe $20 in food. That is easy to do because their prices have gone so high!!! ??

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT. The delivery driver for this restaurant is extremely rude. The restaurant only excepts cash. We had an issue getting cash from the nearest ATM and needed to go to our bank branch to withdraw money. Unfortunately this took a little longer than expected and the delivery driver arrived before we got back home. I communicated this to the delivery driver when he called me. However he was not understanding. My children were home and said the delivery man kept ringing the intercom doorbell repeatedly. He also kept calling my phone repeatedly and when I would answer and let him know that we would be there soon he would yell “You no want Chinese food!!” When we finally arrived home the delivery driver was furious, snatched the money from us and thrust the food bags into our hands. I called the restaurant to complain and the woman that answered apologize for the driver's behavior and said that she would inform her manager. I highly doubt she said anything. We spent a lot of money with this restaurant in the past and they know us from ordering. For the delivery driver to treat us with such disrespect was unacceptable. We weren’t even offered a coupon for a future order for the mistreatment. We will never order from this restaurant again. They have lost a customer permanently. I know things happen for a reason. The Most High Spirit was warning us to finally stop eating all fast foods. It’s healthier and economical for us to prepare wholesome foods for our family. Meals cooked with love and stop eating from stranger’s negative energy hands.
