Every time I go there, the cups are very dirty, and this time was no exception. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any drink shop. I hope they improve their hygiene.

Visited Heytea tonight and left with a sour opinion of this location. I’ve visited several heytea’s and have never had an issue but the staff here is highly unprofessional. I had a misunderstanding with the employee taking my drink order when asking about sweetness levels. I requested 50% and apparently they only offer 30 or 70, no in between. Instead of explaining this to me properly she input the minimal sweetness. When I received my drink and saw this I tried asking if it was possible to add any sweetness and instead of talking to me and trying to help she turned around and ignored me and began speaking in another language with a coworker. I tried speaking to a different coworker for help, when the other two girls suddenly jumped in and spoke to them in the other language which gave me the impression they were talking about me. The coworker said he couldn’t help me and they all proceeded to ignore me. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL behavior, and I will never visit a heytea again.

The wait is very long. I'm waiting another 20 minutes for my drink. They combined app orders and curbside orders in one kitchen. I'm inside and I've been waiting 20 minutes. It seems very long to me.

It was a good experience, the employees were very nice and it smelled amazing in there, the drinks were very good, you could taste the natural teas.
They recently had a BOGO deal and we tried their newer / specialty drinks.
this place is soooooo yummy!!! I recommend any of the mango drinks.
Their bubble tea isn’t just tea, it’s like dessert. Tastes like cake, rich and good quality, not watery at all
