I have loved Hidden Grounds for a while and I’m not sure how I just found out that there’s one in Williamsburg and one in Manhattan. I used to go to New Jersey just for their chai. I love their regular chai, but their lavender and rose ones are pretty good too! Their pastries are a beauty too. They look good and they taste good. The atmosphere is great, service is great and over all, one of my favorite places. I highly recommend it for authentic Indian flavors in their pastries...

I feel so lucky to live 10 mins from here! Masala stovetop chai FOR LIFE bruh. Plan for the 10 mins it takes for them to make it because it's a must. Love all the other unique offerings like rose and pistachio cake donuts, Bombay bagel, and New Orleans coffee as well. One of my fave spots. (I'd skip the non-stovetop chai tho, it's made from a concentrate and overly sweet imo.)

Hidden Grounds coffee is simply great. The Filter Coffee is my favorite coffee in the city hands down. Plus, the inner ambience is quite nice, a little break from the hustle and bustle outside.
