I stopped by to pick up a bagel with salad and asked which ones a fresh and warm . I was told all of them. I placed my order and went to pay for it. The person at the register asked if I’m paying cash or charge. I said cash. He changed the amount from credit card fee to “ operating fee “ which is very strange. So regardless if you pay cash there still a fee ( which wasn’t there when last time I paid with credit card there was only credit card fee. On top it the bagel was not soft at all and was very cold. I was charged over $9. I’ll think twice before going there again. Prices are higher than most in neighborhood and not a great service. Not to forget the operating fee!

I’m obsessed with bagels and I love a good bagel but this was not a bagel. This was Roll. I am very disappointed. For almost $10 please make the bagel the correct way. No reason why this should taste toast

Hello. I do not usually make complaints but I felt encouraged to do so when I called the store about my order. I was told so what, just scrape the butter off of the bagel ( I did not request extra butter) and it was suggested that I not ask to have my bagel toasted any more, as if wanting a bagel that is not burnt is expecting too much. Customer service was so poor and there was no acknowledgment that maybe a mistake was made. And to top it off the person I spoke with argued that the bagel was not burned because he is the one who toasted it. I definitely will not be supporting this bagel shop any longer because it is clear that my business is not valued.

Very expensive! Small iced coffee is $5. Absurd!!! The cup is no bigger than my regular iPhone 16, not even the iPhone 16 pro. Never again buying from here.

Extremely inefficient ordering system. You order directly from the line instead of at the counter. They should take the order at the counter and then take payment immediately. This will create a more efficient system, and hopefully lower the cost of the food. The bagels themselves are a hit and a miss. They are not made in house.

Wish I could give them a 0 star. I got a bagel with scallion cream cheese and egg, they gave me bacon. Now my office is 6-7 blocks away so i called and asked if they can issue me a credit or anything that can be done. The person on phone, literally told me that he won't (not that he cannot) but he won't do anything because he doesn't feel like it and I can either bring the sandwich back or forget everything and hung up. Also, the coffee, regular coffee with milk and sugar costed me 6 bucks, not large size or anything, small coffee for 6 bucks... what is this? starbucks?
I would not recommend going to this place.

For a bagel shop, I thought there would be more bagel topping options, but they only have the basic ones and are overcharging on those. The plus is they have a good amount of seating inside.

I love the place, been coming here for 10 years but $17 for an ham egg chz sandwich and orange juice is quite honestly offensive. Its not even that great of an egg sandwich, always over cooked eggs. They also use 1 egg by default I believe, youll pay a premium for the extra egg. This is a NYC staple that keeps us running, please get it together.
