The fast food restaurant is located in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn. They prepare various entrees, sandwiches, wraps, soups and appetizers and have multiple locations. The restaurant is kosher and the prices are higher than similar food in other places. I ordered the fried schnitzel platter that includes two sides. I also ordered the chicken schwarma platter with two sides. The food was packaged in separate containers and not a platter. I also received an incorrect side. I ordered french fries and received white rice. The split pea soup did not appear similar to any I have previously eaten. The hot dog with onions and mustard was small and very sloppy. I was disappointed with the food taste and overall presentation. Friendly staff.

Customer service sucks. Picked up 2 sandwiches that were missing pastrami which I payed $9 for they were unapologetic and unhelpful they offered to give me pastrami which they slapped on the grill when we were already finished eating 30 minutes later .. then they said oh it’s almost done r u sure u don’t want it..the kid cashier was like laughing .. uhh oky sure …I always ordered from here so for $30 sandwiches please do better thanks …

Does the food really worth a 35 min call where the server laugh at you for explaining you deserve a refund and arguing without even checking the fact?
No.
After long fight-got the refund. Not after ai got educational class from the what’s called night manager on how I should make sure to ask for the refund when the mistake is made immediately (I did… just waited for money that never arrived So I tried to check the status of the refund surprise to hear no one proceeded it)
Mam, if you are a manager manage your people how to process refund successfully instead wasting costumer’s time on the phone trying to argue about something they can’t control?

Insulting and I can make my own “schnitzel

Also Schnitzel is not just regular fried chiken mam’-
so don’t call it that on the call with costumers you ruining the schnitzel experience.
Also hour and a half for delivery it’s a bit much no?

Joey and Aviel are the best staff I’ve ever had go no into a store they were so nice in giving me sauces and Joey was so much fun to talk to. Food was fresh as well thanks so be back asap.

I ordered one chicken fingers and they were the best I’ve ever tasted from here or anywhere else. I would recommend going here if you want a good place to eat.

Parking: There is an ok number of spots to park and you should be able to find your car after you leave if you dine in
