Went here after seeing rave reviews online and was not disappointed! My friends and I absolutely loved the truffle fries, cheesy bacon fries, cheeseburgers, and crispy chicken sandwich! Food was outstanding and customer service was exceptional!

I ordered through Uber Eats, ordered a cheeseburger, 2 for the price of 1, a salad, cheese fries, chicken wings, and a milkshake, and I paid \\$40. However, I was very disappointed when I received only one cheeseburger instead of two. The quality of the burger was worse than McDonald's, the lettuce was rotten, and the chicken wings were just five small pieces of chicken breast that were overcooked and dry, making my dog refuse to eat them. Overall, I felt like I had wasted my money.
Ordered online for a 3:45pm pick up. Received text at 2:10 that my order was ready. I called the store and was told yes itās ready. I explained that I am at work and my pick up time was for 3:45. I was then told that my food would be āput under the lampsā until I pick it up. That would be almost two hours my food be sitting. I asked for them to make me a new order and was told they arenāt allowed and canāt I just come now to pick it up. Needless to say I canceled it and hung up. Terrible customer service and Iām shocked because there were such complimentary reviews online.
