A wonderful piroshki for a great price! $2! Served by a kind lady who was hustling. Still nice and warm in the bag. If you don’t know what a piroshki is (like me before I ate this on the street), it is a fried dough filled with your choice of chicken, pork, eggs & scallions, potatoes, etc. The possibilities are endless! I went with the egg & scallion. I just finished eating it moments ago, and I already want to go back for another.

Great Greek salad, drinks were authentic and not too sweet, prices were great for that location, seats were available. I definitely will come here again.

I always stop at the sidewalk stand for a potato or cabbage pirozhki before heading to the beach. Its the perfect snack or breakfast for $1.50, always fresh and delicious. I affectionally refer to the woman there as "the bun lady"

They are one of the best! Went through a lot of places today, but most Russian restaurants got too big an idea of themselves when they decided not to accept a customer who obviously leaves a good bill!Alla is an amazing woman, she took orders promptly and advised the most delicious! The owner did not stand aside and asked about the quality of the dishes! Lyulya, barbecue and soups are incomparable! I took a Food package home, a few days of happiness with home cooking! The cake is also divine!I rarely go to Brighton, but next time I will definitely bring Americans with me!

Just bought belyash there, it seems to be at least 3 days old, it is tough, stale, horrible meat interspersed with minced bones, it must be chewed and spit out, trying not to break a tooth. Had to throw it away.

Amazing pirozhki and samsa with pumpkin and meat(lamb &beef)

I always stop here on my way to / from Brighton Beach or Grimaldo's Chair for the greasy fried dough pirozhok available outside.

I've just changed my rating from 5 stars to 2, because a waitress didn't bring me the full change. 7$ were missing, so I left without tipping her of course. The food is still good though. Be careful, count your change.
