Everything was beautifully cooked. Some Japanese colleagues in town, we enjoyed ourselves across much of the menu. The highlights were the beef rib, collard greens and brisket. Highly recommend.
The closest thing to Texas bbq I’ve found in nyc and I’m so grateful for it. Bbq is one of my favorite food groups and this place does not disappoint. Now that I’ve tried it, I’m going to be trekking my ass from the UWS monthly to get my mouth on some brisket to say the least.
So after a morning of Ikea, my husband and I decided to forgo the meatballs and have BBQ instead. My husband said he's been to Homertown before and that the line was a 1.5 hour wait. Naturally, I was excited. We got there on a chilly Friday afternoon and there was no wait.
