I recently dined at Honey Badger in NYC and had quite an unexpected experience. The evening started off well, with a pleasant ambiance and friendly service. However, when my steak arrived, I couldn’t help but notice it had a slightly yellowish tint. I wasn’t sure if this was intentional or a mistake, but it did make me a bit hesitant. The flavor was unusual—definitely not what I expected, though not entirely unpleasant. It was just... different.As if that wasn’t enough...
