The food is nice and very delicious. Everytime i come anywhere in New York, i never miss my own people people's Africa food, and order as much as i can. Because when am on the road, i gotta warm up the food and eat. Ladies and gentlemen, y'all need to pay a visit to my mom's restaurant and get you some food. Whether it's rice, ewu, Amala, ogbono, ewedu, suya or anything. She will serve you your delicacy. God bless you mommy.
Been here multiple times and their food is ALWAYS excellent.I've tried the White Rice with Buka stew, porridge, peppered snail, efo riro, and then some; even the zobo drink was on point. I will certainly recommend this restaurant to everyone.If you are looking for an authentic Nigerian food experience, to dine-in or take-out, HoneyBees is where you want to be!
I am a very picky eater because I enjoy cooking my food myself , but this restaurant's food is absolutely on point, never disappoints. The Buka sauce is to die for. Then the Jollof... Talk of smokey. You might not like the oily consistency of the Jollof, it tends to be oily, but I am sure you can ask them to give you the top, because their customer service is amazing!!.
