I ordered delivery and half the price of the stir fry was for the protein and they forgot to add the protein. The vegetables and rice were drowning in the sauce. It was inedible. I called to explain the chicken was missing and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I would at least expect a credit to be issued so I could order again for free or highly discounted. Very poor customer service.

The staff was way more friendly and accommodating than I am used to for fast casual. I was greeted by three differnet staff members when I arrived. The kiosk was super cool, really nicely designed and fast. So many good add on ingredients. Order was ready in less than 5 minutes and I watched them make it. I thought the noodles were top quality and on par with a high end restaurant. Really impressed.

My office orders Honeygrow almost once a week for lunch.
The food is always delicious and on time (even early sometimes). The salads offered are much higher quality than other healthy fast food salad restaurants. The stir fries are awesome!

I came in for the first time today after my coworker referred this place so I gave it a shot and when I went, I was pretty surprised! I couldn’t believe the level of service and cleanliness in the place. I was greeted by the general manager, whose name is Amelia and her and J and their whole team work magnificently to make sure that customers Eat good food and are well accommodated and I am so grateful I will be back! FYI I got the Cesar salad, which is unlike anyone I’ve ever had! Great prices

My first time. Staff was friendly, patient, helpful and understanding.. I was a bit klutzy working the self-serve automation for my salad order. When I got home, saw that everything was well packed. Distributed to a large bowl and would say items were roughly 90-95% fresh! (a few items weren’t crunchy or a bit too soft to be 95+% fresh) The creamy dressing I chose was just a bit less than enough to cover all the greens etc. Overall, satisfying and fresh ‘enough’ for me to return again… Especially on a slow day, just to interact with the staff, who made it a better experience!

Today was my first time ever trying honey grow and I was very happy I did! The store was clean and welcoming and it was simple to go over to the kiosk and put my order in and wait for it in the front. The young lady who cashed me out in the front was very nice and polite. I took my food to go and when I got home to eat my salad I was 100percent satisfied with my order I ate every crumb in the bowl! I will definitely be returning!
